TheKtchnParty provides pickleball coaching, including video review, live Zoom lessons, and membership content, from Russell and Gunnar ("we," "us," "the coaches"). By purchasing a video review, subscribing to a membership, or booking a lesson, you agree to these Terms.
When you upload footage for a coaching review, you confirm that you have permission to share that footage and that it doesn't violate any third party's rights. Coaching feedback is educational — it is intended to help you understand and improve your game, but it does not guarantee specific results, performance improvements, or rating increases.
We only use your submitted video for the coaching review you purchased unless you separately opt in to let us use clips for educational, social media, or promotional content. That permission is optional, is never required to purchase or receive a review, and is tracked independently of your acceptance of these Terms.
Paid memberships (Drive & Thrive, Road to Greatness) are recurring subscriptions billed automatically at the price and frequency shown at signup, until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account's Manage Subscription page. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already processed. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Video reviews and live Zoom lessons are one-time payments — a single charge with no recurring billing. Each product is clearly labeled as a one-time payment at checkout.
Because coaching time and video review capacity are reserved once you purchase, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once a coach has begun the review or the lesson has occurred. If something goes wrong on our end, contact us at TheKtchnParty@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Pickleball improvement depends on many factors outside our control, including practice time, physical ability, and consistency. We do not guarantee any specific skill level, rating, or competitive outcome.
Don't submit footage you don't have the right to share, and don't use the site to harass or misrepresent yourself. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
