When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you submit a video review, we collect the footage you upload and any notes you include. When you purchase a review or membership, Stripe (our payment processor) handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number.
We use your information to provide coaching — reviewing your footage, building your drill plan, and managing your membership. We use your email to send account and coaching-related communications, and, if you opt in, our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.
Your submitted footage is used only for the coaching review you purchased, unless you separately check the optional box giving us permission to use clips for educational, social media, or promotional content. That permission is stored with your submission and can be withheld without affecting your ability to purchase or receive coaching.
We use Supabase to store account data and video files securely, and Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions. We use Google Translate to offer the site in Spanish and Mandarin — translated pages are processed by Google's translation service. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data that passes through their systems.
We use your browser's local storage to remember preferences like your selected site language, and standard authentication mechanisms to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking cookies for advertising.
We retain your account, submission, and order data as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request account deletion by contacting us.
You can update your account details, opt out of the newsletter at any time, and manage or cancel your membership from your account's Manage Subscription page. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us.
